As I mentioned earlier, it's going to be very hard to give absolute
guidelines on how to handle this across all use cases other than "be aware
and prepare to adjust".  This is really a problem for interoperability w/o
need for human checks and intervention.

I am thankful that I work with geospatial data (US) where it's very obvious
when coordinate order is incorrect...
