[OpenLayers-Users] Map tips like Esri function

Hi everybody,

I would like to know if there is a function in Openlayers to work like
Esri to show Map Tips. So when you put the mouse over a polygon for example
you get information like the name but without making click.

I'm working with mapserver, openlayers, postgis and mapfish.
