[OpenLayers-Users] Kinetic in OL

Hi:

I am using the Openlayers, and I like the effect of  `Kinetic`,and this
effect is enabled by default.

However I found something interesting.

When the `Kinetic` is running, I found that none of the tiles will be
loaded. That's to say,if user drag the map heavily, then he may see a blank
map view-port during the panning. The tiles will and only will start to
load until the `Kinetic` is done.

I wonder if this is on purpose?  I think this will cause a bad experience,
isn't it?
