[OpenLayers-Users] WfS and WMTS images drawn at different scales

I am trying to extract an image from WMTS server and data from a WFS server.

There seems to be a slighlt problem with scales.  The WMTS image is 
drawn about 1/2 the size of the of the WFS data, the centroid of both 
data samples is correct, the issue seems to be a scale problem.

There a trac page on the subject at

covers TMS servers.


Does anybody known how to scale a WFS image so that it matches the 
limited range of zoom levels offered by a WMTS service?
