[OpenLayers-Users] Openlayers osm file example

Hi All,

I would like to display the .osm file for a small region as an overlay on a
basemap.
The example provided in
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenLayers_osm_file_example works when
the html file is opened as a local file.
However, when I place it on the web server and access it I get a 404 file
not found error.
I found this example running on the web at
http://harrywood.co.uk/maps/examples/openlayers/display-osm/display-osm.html
However, I am unable to get it running on my end.
I use an IIS web server.

Any suggestions?
