I'll be there.  Are the Sierra offices close to the conference?

 

Perhaps if we're doing this during the conference, we should advertise
it (blogs, OSGeo mailing list, etc) and see if we can get some
additional attendance?

Hello, 

 

The response was loud that the proposed date at the end of June was not
going to work.  Based on Tyler's suggestion, we'd like to try and move
the meeting to the week of July 21 - 25.  

 

The new tentative date is Tuesday July 22 between 1730-1930.  

 

We can meet at the Sierra offices for Pizza and talks or if there is a
preference for meeting a local restaurant for a less formal chat that is
fine as well. 

 

Again, could you please let us know by July 15 so that we can make
appropriate preparations for rooms, food or reservations. 

 

If you'd like to present or have ideas for discussion please feel free
to add them to the meeting page or email me. 

 

Looking forward to getting together on July 22, Max.
