[OSGeo BC] Next Chapter Meeting

Change of plans, at my end.  I have to go to Ontario shortly for a  
death in our family, I won't be able to head this up after all.  I  
will be in Vancouver for layovers a couple times though ;-)

Anyone else interested/able to help organise the meeting?
