[OSGeo BC] free BC OSM TMS service?

All,

Just curious whether there is a free tile service available for BC OSM
data?  I'm interested in accessing it from standard GIS software, e.g.
Manifold, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc., as an alternative to constantly configuring
basemap vector data.

If not, can anyone recommend an organization we could approach to offer this
up in a reasonable amount of time?  E.g. Safe Software, GeoBC?  Or might
there be interest in self-funding a hosted service via OSGEO-BC, e.g.
$10/mth per acct?
