[OSGeo BC] GeoBC Data - still fake free?

Hi all,
with the latest opengov-bc geodata warehouse site now up and running,
can anyone tell me if the data is actually 'free' as in 'unrestricted
use' or as in 'commercials are 'free' to watch.


Being a former osm-paranoid 'free maps' contributor - turned commonmap
'actualy free' maps promoter, im curious to see what the actual
licence is.


I'll be continuing to add on to the koordinates.com collection, so it
would be great to get an answer for this.  The default currently is
'unknown'.
