[OSGeo BC] day of workshops and talks

A quick heads up for anyone within striking range of Victoria, we are
setting up a day of workshops and talks

"LocationTech Tour" stop.

If you have a suitable presentation or tutorial please take part in the
initial planning on the meetup link above.

I would also be willing to do one of these events in Vancouver (or even
just a pub night with presentations) if anyone on that side of the drink
can scare up a venue.
