Andrea,

xxmklink.exe should be in %OGSEO4W_HOME%\bin and is part of the msvcrt
package. If you have an old version of msvcrt you may need to upgrade to
msvcrt-1.0.0-6.

Also check your spelling, I see you mentioned "xmmklink" above.
