Old description:

 I think these options are confusing to the typical windows user.  The user
 just wants the installer to work: install the packages locally.

Comment (by warmerdam):

 It is my intention that this dialog would continue to exist, but would be
 only available in Advanced mode.  Amoung other things this may necessary
 for implementation of an OSGeo4W CD/DVD.  So, I would like to close this
 as "wontfix".
