Comment:

 package names changed.  (I used underscores for Commandline_Utilities and
 Web_Applications...could be an enhancement if someone has time to dig into
 why spaces won't work with the 'genini' perl script)

 Important note: the categories are actually also listed at the bottom of
 the genini script, and those values are checked against the category
 values in the setup.hint files when you execute regen.sh

 tested locally and on the telascience server.
