 Pressing the back button after having progressed one or two [nexts] show
 screens which the user has never seen. This will be confusing to people
 who've never tried the Advanced install.

 To reproduce on a system on which osgeo4w has already been run:

 1. run osgeo4w-setup.exe
 2. Press [next] twice
 3. Press [back] (from 'Create Icons' stage)
