[osgeo4w-dev] GRASS start-up failed

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the latest OSGeo4W pack which contains
GRASS 6.4.0SVN version.
But when I hit GRASS shortcut at programs menu I got the message "The
procedure entry point libiconv_set_relocation_prefix could not be
located in the dynamic link library libiconv-2.dll" at a g.dirseps.exe
dialog box.

How can I fix this?
