[osgeo4w-dev] Issue in PyQt (incorrect pyuic4.bat)

Hi,
   I notice small issue with PyQt package for OSGeo4W installer. After
installing pyuic4  tool don't work from OSGEO shell.
Seems that bat-file is incorrect, it contains

@"C:\Programme\OSGeo4W\bin\python.exe"
"C:\Programme\OSGeo4W\apps\Python25\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4\uic\pyuic.py"
%1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9

but by default all apps installed in C:\OSGeo4W, so the "Programme" is
unnecessary and must be deleted.
