[osgeo4w-dev] Compile Help

I have Msys installed through OSGEO4w

Now I am trying to compile some software.

The compile script can not find gcc.

When I type gcc within MSYS nothing happens

When I type GCC within osgeo4w shell it finds it...

Do I need to do something specific with the env variables"?
