[osgeo4w-dev] osgeo4w setup test; udig corrections uploaded

Hi Folks,

I've uploaded a small batch file, osgeo-setup_test-ini.bat,  to 
http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ which runs osgeo4w-setup.exe against 
the setup_test.ini from the server.  It assumes setup is in PATH.

And I've corrected two udig batch files and attached them to ticket#15. 
They work on my machine, I'd appreciate confirmation from someone else.
