[osgeo4w-dev] QGIS and ECW: slow

Hi,

I've installed QGIS 1.0.0 and used the ECW with these istructions:

then I updated to QGIS 1.0.1 and all libraries.

Before I can import an ECW inside QGIS in about 3-4 seconds.

Now it requires from 30-40 seconds, that's 10 times slower...

The ECW is a local file and it's about 153 MB.

Any idea?
