[osgeo4w-dev] New gdal, gdal16 and gdal-dev package uploaded

Folks,

I have uploaded new versions of the gdal (1.5), gdal16 and gdal-dev packages
built from their respective branches.  Let me know if anyone observes
problems.

Assefa - these should contain the two bug fixes from this morning.
