Tomas,

If you use the -h switch help is reported, but oddly it is reported to the
file setup.log and/or setup.log.full instead of to the console window.  I'm
not sure why this is - perhaps because it is a windows application and doesn't
have a stdin and stdout?

I'm afraid I don't grasp what ticket #105 is about though I must confess I
have not tried to reproduce it.
