[osgeo4w-dev] error running osgeo4w-regen.sh, from chmod qgis

When I run osgeo4w-regen.sh from http://upload.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/ I get the
following error reported

   chmod: `release/qgis/qgis-dev/.~tmp~': Permission denied

it seems relatively harmless, as in my test packages were still processed.
It might mean there is something wrong with the qgis-dev package though.
