Frank,

Through ticket:142 (http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/142) we've 
discovered and added a fix for a windows7 compatibility issue with the 
installer.  If you have time can you please re-package the setup package 
and upload a new installer?  (I can also upload the installer and 
repackage, but I just don't want to step on toes).
