| I get some problem with the installation of  OsGeo4W on a windows 7 PC.
| I downloaded the 'osgeo4w-setup.exe' file, for the 'Express Install' but it doesn't work.
| It stops with the error 'Unable to get setup.ini from<http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w>
