[osgeo4w-dev] Command Line install on Windows 7

I just hit what I think is the same issue as in the last entry on:

Commandline install on Windows 7 doesn't seem to work? Anyone have a 
solution or an alternate method for setting up a lab of 30 computers 
with a fairly custom package selection?
