[osgeo4w-dev] gdal-ecw package updated to GDAL 1.8

Folks,

I have updated the "gdal-ecw" plugin package to work with GDAL 1.8.  It also
now depends on the ERDAS ECW SDK 4.1 DLLs, not the 3.3 SDK as was previously
the case.   Details at:
