[osgeo4w-dev] adding beegis to the pool

I would like to add the tablet pc extensions for udig (aka BeeGIS,
digital field mapping), which simply would inflate some plugins into
udig.

I will need to create a new beegis folder in the release system. Can I
do that myself (I guess I don't have the rights) or who do I have to
ask?
