[osgeo4w-dev] lxml python library?

Hi All,

I'm developing a qgis python plugin that requires the lxml library (for
xpath related stuff) and was wondering:

a) is this lib available currently in the osgeo4w installer (i couldn't
locate it)

b) if anyone knew what would be the best way to go about having it
included withing the installer
