[osgeo4w-dev] qgis.exe not installed for qgis_dev

Hi all,
I've just installed Windows 7 64bit and I'm installing again the various
osgeo softwares.
Everything works fine except with qgis_dev, in which case everything is
installed except the qgis.exe binaries.
What's wrong? Is it a packaging problem or something with my OS?
