Oh, that's interesting. I wonder if bug #101 is back
(http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/101). Thanks for fixing this and
the .bat file mistakes. I was in a hurry to get out the door to pick up
kids and didn't test. Sigh, haste makes waste and all that. Sorry for
leaving a mess to clean up. ;-)
re: building setup.ini, no I didn't try. I was operating with the
understanding your note of Jan 13th was still true. I just now tried
http: // upload.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/osgeo4w-regen-testing.sh and it ran
without obvious error, though there were no new packages and thus no
changes to report.
I admit to getting easily confused about the difference between the
testing */repository /*and associated scripts (regen-testing.sh,
./testing/setup.ini, ./testing/setup_test.ini,
osgeo-setup_testing-ini.bat) and the production repository and it's test
*/files /*(regen.sh, setup_test.ini, osgeo-setup_test-ini). I have to
step through and learn it anew everytime I use it again. The next time
we go through an exercise like this let's be more careful about names!
