[osgeo4w-dev] OSGeo4W-setup or PC error???

Thanks for the reply.

But normal, would be to install Qgis through "OsGeo4W-setup", the  
default icons appear on the desktop and start menu folder (OSGEO4W)?

What happens is that does not appear anywhere?
