 I'm using the latest build and here is what I'm getting:

 Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: unable to load the file system codec
   File "C:\OSGeo4W\\apps\Python27\lib\encodings\__init__.py", line 123
     raise CodecRegistryError,\
                             ^
 SyntaxError: invalid syntax

 This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
 way.

 I feel like it is python 3 raise syntax or something.
