Comment:

 Please see [wiki:ExternalPythonPackages] for how to install python
 programs which aren't in the osgeo4w package system.

 As this ticket has been open for almost a year and a half without anyone
 expressing interest in packaging python's mysqldb I'm closing it as
 wontfix.
