[osgeo4w-dev] python packages

Sorry if this question is trivial....  How do I view a list of the python
2.7 packages installed with OSGeo4W?    To install/remove packages, I read
that using pip should work.  (
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/ExternalPythonPackages)  Is that still
the primary method or can pythonwin be used?
