 Anyway I read this notice on SQLite's own web site:

 Version of SQLite is recommended for all new development.
 Upgrading from version, 3.7.7,, 3.7.8, 3.7.9, 3.7.11,
 3.7.12,, or 3.7.13 is optional.
 Upgrading from all other SQLite versions (including version 3.7.14) is

 So version 3.7.10 has clearly been declared as "officially deprecated",
 i.e. it surely contains some major defect.[[BR]]
 I suppose that quickly upgrading to is highly recommended.
