Hm, selecting gdal-ecw, gdal-mrsid, gdal-filegdb, oci or oci-devel should
trigger the license download and display.   Works for me here.

Maybe the debug output in dbgview helps to diagnose ([1]; started as admin as
the installer also runs with elevated privileges).

What I noticed is that updates are apparently not picked up anymore (eg. GEOS
3.4.2).
