[osgeo4w-dev] Download incomplete: zlib

Hi,

I have a problem with installation.

The download of OSGeo4W Setup reports 'Download Incomplete. Try again?' The
current item in Downloading... is zlib1.2.3-1.tar.bz2.

I'm not sure if I should open a ticket for this, I hope it is not a major
issue.
