[osgeo4w-dev] LD_LIBRARY_PATH in OSGeo4W

Hi,

I'm doing a custom installation of mapscript + mapserver outside the
standard installation avoidind mapserver service registration.... this
wainting for a mapscritp version independent by mapserver complete
package.

I'm doing this because a client need to test rt_mapserver_exporter QGIS plugin.

I need to know where is set LD_LIBRARY_PATH var, because
_mapscript.pyd look for MAP.DLL that is in /C/OSGeo4W/bin but it is
not mapped.
