[osgeo4w-dev] dupilicated DLLs ?

During my own experimental build tests I noticed some puzzling
findings; in order to successfully load and start QGIS the
following DLLs are absolutely required, but they apparently
look to be duplicated redundancies:

- jpeg_osgeo.dll [118.784 bytes]
- jpeg12_osgeo.dll [118.784 bytes]

- zlib1.dll [73.728 bytes]
- zlib_osgeo.dll [73.728 bytes]

- iconv.dll / libiconv-2.dll
   (these are probably two different versions of
    the same library; the DLLs have different sizes)
