[osgeo4w-dev] OSGeo4W 64bit shell and PATH

Hi,

OSGeo4W 64bit shell clears PATH when starting.
This is not the case for the 32bit version, where we still have system
and user PATH values.

Is this intended ?

I use the shell for development task where I need a bunch of paths to
external tools (cmake, mercurial...).
This is not quite convenient to lose the current PATH values.
