[osgeo4w-dev] Working con RT_Mapserver plugin

Hi,
I desperatly need to use the "RT Mapserver Plugin" on a qgis from OSGEO4W
32bit.

Actually it not work becuase seem miss the mapscript.dll.

I like to fund this activity to overlaps this dramatically empasse.

Please who can do this and commit this,
contact me to say me how much can cost this activity.
