[osgeo4w-dev] Working con RT_Mapserver plugin

Hi Jurgen.
I see that,

but it has some bad dependencies.
Like apache and php.

I don't like to must install an apache webserver on my pc desktop to be
able to use the RT_PluginMapExporter.
