 I used the installer to successfully install QGIS 2.0.1 on 9/21/2013.  I
 ran the installer on 10/1/2013 to upgrade to 2.0.2 and that broke my
 OSGEO4W instance.

 When I try to fire up the OSGEO4W shell, I get an error.

 gdalinfo.exe - System Error

 The program can't start because libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is missing from your
 computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

 I can confirm that the missing .dll does not exist in OSGeo4W/bin.
