 Update:
 Since GDAL revision 26547 SOSI-support for OGR can be built as a
 plugin[http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/3638] and MS Visual Studio build-
 routines have been developed for the required OpenFYBA-lib (available at
 [https://github.com/kartverket/fyba.git].
