Not as far as I know.  BTW OSGeo4W 64bit has 2.7.5.

Does 2.7.6 introduce any ABI compabilities with already existing binary
extensions in OSGeo4W (like PyQt4, wxPython, matplotlib)?  If that's ensured,
updating python shouldn't be a big deal.  If not just reapplying r57910 for the
OSGeo4W package seems to be a saver choice.  But I'm not the GRASS maintainer
in OSGeo4W, so that's Martin's call (maybe in OSGeo4W 64bit, which to my
knowledge nobody else contributed to yet).
