Hi,

I have script which runs

wget -q -O- http://upload.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/osgeo4w-regen.sh
wget -q -O- http://upload.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/osgeo4w-promote.sh

to promote changes in GRASS packages, recently the changes are
promoted only to `setup_test.ini` and not `setup.ini`. Any idea what's
the difference, some days ago it was working...
