 QGIS installed from http://download.osgeo.org/qgis/win32/QGIS-
 OSGeo4W-2.2.0-1-Setup-x86_64.exe, replacing previous 1.80 installation.

 on load, QGIS produces the following error

 The program seems to load and run normally after this error is dismissed.
