Hi,

I am having problem to compile GRASS against regex-devel package which
is available in OSGeo4W.

>From GRASS ML: "undefined reference to __imp_xxxx" usually means that
it found the import library but not the corresponding DLL.

I checked the package, and I didn't find there any DLL file. Why it's
missing in this package? Thanks a lot for clarification in advance,
