 Hello,

 I recently switched from 32 to 64 bit GDAL libraries (using OSGeo4W
 binaries), and I've been unable to load VPF data via OGR/OGDI using the
 latest x86_64 build.  I confirmed that the latest x86 build correctly
 loads VPF data (using ogr_info.exe), while the x86_64 build does not.

 I get the following message:
 ECSERROR: Could not find the dynamic library "vrf"

 Vrf.dll is in the same directory and I confirmed that the dlls are in fact
 x64.  I am able to load my application as an 64 bit process, but the VPF
 data does not load using OGR.

 Perhaps there is a linking issue with the vrf library?  Or does OGDI not
 support VRF for x64?
