[osgeo4w-dev] Upgrade pyparsing >= 1.5.6 in osgeo4w 32bit

Hello everybody,

in osgeo4w 32bit trying to import Matplotlib >= 1.3 causes the
error ImportError: matplotlib requires pyparsing >= 1.5.6 .
Please upgrade pyparsing.
